What is iVM? |

How do I sign up for iVM & how easy it is to setup iVM? |

To signup for iVM you need to click on “Member Login” link and click on “Register” link at under the login form.
Setting up iVM is even more easier! You just need to download the iVM Compozer from Downloads and Support, install it on your VirtueMart Store, Compoze your app and click Submit App, which will take you to Buy Now link on the website. Once order is confirmed, we would be happy to take it from there till application approval is received.

Does the iVM support customized virtuemart stores? |

As VirtueMart is a opensource module, we understand there will be customizations. IVM works with default VirtueMart and we would be happy to undertake customizations as per your requirement with a reasonable charge. |

Can iVM work without internet i.e. offline mode? |
|
IVM takes data from your web-server to display your customers the latest prices, products, etc., so iVM cannot work offline. |

What version of Joomla and VirtueMart does iVM support? Will it support VirtueMart 2.0 and Joomla 1.7x |

As of now iVM supports Joomla 1.5x and VirtueMart 1.x.
Once the VirtueMart 2.0 stable will be released we will make sure that we can get it to you as soon as possible, along with Joomla 1.7x support. |

No, users who purchase or register via your iPhone app will not to register again. IVM has users, orders, products synced with your central web database. |

IVM supports all shipping methods as long as they are coded as per VirtueMart standard. If the shipping method is a pure hack, we will need to adjust it as per your customized requirement. |

What are the payment gateways supported by iVM? |

By default, iVM supports PayPal, Cash on Delivery, iDeals, Secure Trading(UK), DPS(NewZealand), Authorize.net, etc. But we can work with most of payment gateways, which provide access to their APIs. Alternatively, we can also make it work via Web-View, wherein your user will be re-directed to payment gateway's page for payment, but that page will open in app environment. |

We provide support from installation, submission and approval from the App store and then continue to provide annual support and maintenance. Annual support and maintenance is a critical component of ensuring your app works properly. Each new operation system release, can result in your App no longer working, thus we must support your App with upgrades. |

Why do I have to subscribe to support, why isn't it optional? |

The mobile market is a very fast moving market and as a result the operating systems of both iPhone/iPAd and Android are changing frequently. These changes can result in your app no longer being compatible with your client's mobile devices and not be fully functional. We are providing a fully featured mobile experience for your customers and annual maintenance is mandatory in order for us to deliver our quality product. |
