Our app, like all others is controlled by the underlying operating system (OS) of your client's mobile device. iOS for Apple iPhone and ipad and Android for Google enabled phones. These operation systems are updated frequently due to security issues, or the addition of new features. As a result all apps, need to be updated to the current OS. To-date, an update will still work on those users who have not updated their phones, but many apps do not perform well or function fully when an iOS upgrade occurs.
